I am sure many people already know but if not I will update everyone on our weekend excitement.
On friday night Chad and I were planning to go to Jackson and leave Garrett with my parents so we could have a little weekend before our next bundle of joy joined the family but he had a different plan. We ended up spending Friday night in the hospital.
I woke up on Thursday night with some pretty good contractions that were keeping me awake, I was awake for a few hours watching movie and trying to see if they would stop. Finally I decided to just try and get some sleep, if I needed to go the hospital my body would let me know. I woke up the next morning feeling okay just tired but decided that I needed to go the doctor because I was still having some contractions just not as intense. The doctor said that I was in labor and had dialated to a 3 and efaced 50%. So they sent me up to the hospital to get some drugs and stuff to try and stop the contractions. Well the medicine seemed to help in stopping things but I was still having the occasional contraction and the little guy had moved pretty far down.
When they released me from the hospital I was still a 3 and 50% efaced and the baby was down there ready to go so they have put me on bed rest. They just want me to go as long as I can before having this baby, which is understandable since I am only 36 weeks. So we will see what happens, we will keep you posted.

Baby Hungry and Cabin Fever!!!
Not a good combination to have. I am going crazy waiting for our new little sweetie to arrive. I only have about 5 weeks left but it feels like eternity. The whole pregnancy has gone by really quick but the last few weeks have seemed like molasses in the winter!!! I think it is a combination of excitment and just plain tired of being pregnant and having a sore back. I want to sleep on my tummy again and my back for that matter!
Then on top of that I am going crazy sitting at the house all day by myself. I don't think husbands can truly understand how crazy you can go being at home all day. Doing that same things over and over and not having anyone to talk to but a 15 month old. I don't know how much more I can take, so if anyone is bored like me you are welcome to come on over anytime. I am around most days all day long, come relieve some boredom!
p.s. Check out the poll on the side and let us know what you think of the names. None are set in stone yet, we just know we want to use the middle name Monte. It is my grandpa's name. If you have any good suggestions of names that would go with that let us know!

Crazy People!
So yesterday we discovered something very strange. Let me go back to how it all started. On our 4 runner we have the kind of antenna that goes up and down based on if the radio is one or not. So whenever you turn the car off it goes down and you can hear it hum while it goes down, well the past few days it sounded really funny. I would try to remember to look at it while it went up or down but I kept forgetting to. So finally yesterday I looked at it and guess what it is gone!!! Now what kind of crazy person steals someones antenna right off there car. What use would anyone have for that antenna I don't know but I hope whoever has it is enjoying it. On a positive note our radio still works without it, I just find it odd that someone would want to steal that?!

Rodeo and Rednecks!!!
Last night we took Garrett and went to the fair and the rodeo. We were very excited to go especially because this would be Garrett's first experience with the fair and the rodeo. He was so good and just loved to look around at all of the people and the booths. He was very amused the whole time. At the rodeo he wasn't sure if he liked it or hated it. He really liked at the beginning when all of the contestants came out on their horses and rode around the ring. He would point and get all excited, then when the bucking broncos came out he wasn't sure what to think. He would get all concerned, we weren't sure if he was concerned for the horses or the people on the horses. He was so cute. It is crazy how much more fun and exciting everything is when you have a little baby that is experiencing it all for the first time. What a cute little boy we have!
We all had such a great time, I just love the fair!!!
