Did you know...

I got tagged by my friend Ashley and am supposed to write six random things about myself. Well see if I can come up with some good ones

1. I can lick my elbow, no joke, I know it is supposed to be impossible but for some strange reason I can do it. Maybe it is my really long tongue because I can also lick my nose.

2. I can't eat a sandwich without chips. It is just one of my quirks, I don't like to eat a sandwich without chips, I only have a few times in my life.

3. I cannot bend my thumb down without my other fingers bending at the same time. It is very wierd but true, I can do it just a little on my left hand but not on my right at all.

4. I am left handed and love it. I also have good handwriting but I can write sideways. The best question I have ever been asked is 'How do you write with your left hand?' my response 'How do you write with your right hand?' People can be very funny about me being left handed.

5. I hate to clean bath tubs. I don't mind any other part of the kitchen just the bath tub. I always end up wet and gross and can never seem to get the whole shower clean.

6. I am really not into the Stephanie Meyers "Twilght" series. I think just about everyone I talk to is crazy about it but not me, I haven't even read the third book. I guess I just didn't catch the "Twilght" bug.

I tag: Katie, Kristy, Suzanne, Tiffany, Jeanette, and Rachel

Here are the rules:
1. Link the person who tagged you.
2. Post the rules on your blog.
3. Write 6 random things about yourself.
4. Tag 6 people at the end of your post and link to them.
5. Let the person know you tagged them on their blog.
6. Let the tagger know when you’ve posted. (Don’t worry about this one, I’ll know)

Weeds, Weeds, Weeds!!!

Well I don't have any pics but I just wanted to say THANK YOU!!! to my family who came last night and helped pull our weeds! They did it for their family night and it was very kind of them. I don't think we would have ever gotten near as much done with out them. Chad has been working very hard on them but with me out of commission we could only get so far. But with everyones help we got a lot accomplished! Thank you Chad, Mom, Dad, Emily, Meagan, and Abigail.
They are all such hard workers and it is a good thing too, we had one weed that took three people to pull (Yes, it was that big). It was also great because there was always someone to watch Garrett. He really enjoyed being outside and even had his own little shovel that he would poke the ground with, very cute!!!
After we pulled weeds I rewarded everyone with rootbeer and cream soda floats!

Spider Woman!!!

Or as Chad likes to call me "Spider Mommy" I have gotten 6 spider bites in the last week! What is up with that, Chad doesn't have any and neither does Garrett, so why do I. This is crazy, I think that I am going to go and get some sticky spider traps and see what I can catch! I must just taste really good or something.

Time is flying!

Wow, I am now 30 weeks with only ten more to go!!!! I can't believe how fast this pregnancy is going! I guess since I already have a little boy to keep me busy I haven't had as much time to think about it. We are very excited but I think we need to come up with a name soon. We still don't know. I will try to get a picture taken of my belly so that you can all see the little bump!

Finley Terrill

This was on my friend Katie Johnson's blog. It is her sister so I thought that I would pass the word around. I know many of you may not know these people but some of you may want to help so I will post it.

Sweet Huckleberry Finley

As many of you know, my sister Hanna Terill and her husband Chris Terrill had a beautiful girl on July 17th: Finley Reese Terrill. Some may not know that after one week of life, Finley was beginning to have breathing and eating problems. On August 2nd 2008, she stopped breathing and was life flighted to primary childrens hospital in Salt Lake City. She had to be fed through tubes in order to eat, and put on oxygen to breathe.

Things have slowly been improving: Finley can now eat, but cannot get off the oxygen without having major problems. They have been running tests all week but are still unsure as to what virus is causing these problems. She has pneumonia and a very bad case of reflux It is so severe that once she is able to breathe on her own, she will still need to take medication for the first year of her life up to her entire life, depending on how much improvement is made.

At this time our family and friends are reaching out to the community to help the Terrill's in their time of need. We are holding a potato bar for the community and invite all to come out and support this wonderful family.
